Terms of service

These terms apply to the content and social media management service provided by Verified Match ltd at https://verifiedmatch.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Connecting social media accounts

You may only connect accounts and pages you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting an account you authorise us to publish the content approved under your workspace settings and to read the statistics you allow. You can disconnect at any time in the Service or in the platform's own settings. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform's terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content, logos and photos you provide. You give us permission to store, edit and publish them to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from anyone who appears in it.

AI-generated content

Drafts may be generated with AI tools and can contain mistakes. Please review captions, images and videos before approving them. Approved content is published as approved.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing or harmful content, to impersonate anyone, or to break any platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We aim to publish at the scheduled time, but publishing depends on the platforms and may be delayed or refused by them. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by the social media platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end access with notice, or immediately for serious breaches. Data is then handled as described in our privacy policy.
