Service agreement
Version 1.0 — 1 November 2026
This agreement is between Verified Match ltd (220-222 Warwick Road , Birmingham B11 2NB) (“we”, “us”) and the business that signs up for our social media management services (“you”). You accept it by ticking the box when you sign up at https://verifiedmatch.com/start. A copy of the exact version you accepted is kept with your account.
1. What we do
We provide the social media services in the package you choose — for example planning and creating posts, captions, hashtags, photos and short videos (including AI-generated content where you ask for it), scheduling and publishing them to the accounts you connect, managing paid advertising you approve, updating your Google Business Profile and reporting on results. The package page shows what each package includes. Extra work outside your package is agreed and priced separately.
2. Your part
- Give us accurate information about your business and keep it up to date.
- Connect your accounts through each platform's official sign-in. You remain the owner of your accounts and can disconnect us at any time.
- Only send us photos, videos, logos and text that you own or have permission to use, and tell us about anything we must not say or show.
- Review posts and ads in your portal. Where your approval setting requires it, nothing is published until you approve it; approval means you are happy for it to go live.
- Follow the rules of each social media platform for your accounts and adverts.
3. Fees and payment
Your package is charged monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe, starting on the day you sign up. Prices are shown on our website; if they change we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you. Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to the platforms (for example Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Google) from your own ad account. If a payment fails we may pause the work until it is paid.
4. Length and cancelling
The agreement runs month to month with no minimum term. Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice by email to info@verifiedmatch.com or through your portal. We will stop work and stop charging at the end of the notice period. Payments already made for a month that has started are not refunded unless we have failed to provide the service. We may end the agreement straight away if you seriously break it (for example by asking us to publish unlawful content or not paying).
5. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of everything you give us. Once you have paid for them, the posts, images and videos we create for you are yours to use. We may show non-confidential examples of our work for you in our own marketing unless you ask us not to. AI-generated material may not be unique and may not be protected by copyright in the same way as human-made work.
6. Results
We will do the work with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee particular results such as followers, reach, sales or ad performance, and we are not responsible for decisions, outages or rule changes made by the platforms.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to provide the service. We handle personal data under UK data protection law as explained in our privacy policy. Access to your social accounts is through encrypted tokens and is removed when you disconnect or the agreement ends.
8. Liability
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data.
9. General
This agreement, together with our terms of service and privacy policy, is the whole agreement between us. We may update it for future sign-ups; if we change it for existing customers we will give you notice and you can cancel. It is governed by the law of England and Wales.
