Delete your data

You can remove the access you gave Verified Match ltd and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Disconnect a social media account

Sign in at https://verifiedmatch.com, open your business workspace and choose Disconnect next to the account. Its access tokens are deleted immediately and nothing more is posted.

You can also remove our app from the platform directly:

• Facebook / Instagram — Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select our app → Remove.
• TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → select our app → Remove access.
• LinkedIn — Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → select our app → Remove.

2. Delete all your data

Email info@verifiedmatch.com from the address on your account and ask for your data to be deleted. We confirm within 7 days and delete your account, business details, content, media, statistics and tokens within 30 days (backups are overwritten within 14 days after that). We may keep minimal records the law requires, such as invoices.
